Summer Contract.

  • Minimum stay of seven days. 
  • Only applicable from May to July.
  • Deposit of 300 €.
  • No Admin Fee* at the time of the booking.
  • Free WIFI and weekly cleaning services of the common areas (subject to availability).
  • Costs are included (water, gas and electricity). 
  • Cleaning service of the room is not included (contact the flat manager if needed). 
  • It’s the tenant’s responsibility to keep the room and the common areas in good cleaning conditions. 
  • Parties are not allowed. The law of the City of Valencia prohibits any type of high volume noise after 10 pm. 
    ** The company informs that a device could be installed in the flat in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Valencian Community, mainly between 10pm and 6am.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
  • The contract is individual (contact us for a couple’s contract)..
  • No room changes can be made (the change of room will require a new contract).
  • The price of the room may vary in this type of contract. 

* The Admin Fee is the amount charged by the company at the time of booking for a series of services and procedures carried out by the company, such as: assuming responsibility for the tenant's stay with the property throughout the duration of the contract, expenses incurred in various procedures and procedures, assistance to the tenant, management of cleaning and maintenance, customer service and guards for possible maintenance emergencies and others, provision of information regarding the documentation required for certain procedures, etc.

Summer Contract cancellation policy.

Bookings can be cancelled by the user, taking into account the following cancellation costs:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date: the customer will receive the total refund of the stay paid at the time of booking. The amount paid as a deposit will be retained as a penalty. 
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date: the customer will receive a refund of 50 % of the stay paid at the time booking. The amount paid as a deposit, as well as the 50 % left of the paid stay will be retained as a penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date: it implies the total loss of the amount paid, both the stay and the deposit.
