Room description

I stayed in this room for about a year, and the balcony was honestly my favorite part. I used to have my coffee and cigarette there almost every day, especially in spring, it just made the whole place feel calm and homey.

The apartment itself is really comfortable and easy to live in, and having a supermarket literally 2 minutes away is something you don’t realize you need until you have it. There’s also a really good pizza place right downstairs, which became a bit of a habit. The area is super well connected, especially if you’re studying near Porta Romana.”

— Marta, stayed in the room for 1 year

Main spots

Milan is a city of neighborhoods, each with its own vibe.

The Duomo di Milano area is a must-see for its landmarks, but more touristy. Nearby, Brera offers a more charming, artistic atmosphere with cafés, galleries, and small streets.

For nightlife and student energy, Navigli is the go-to, especially for aperitivo.

Porta Venezia and Porta Romana are popular with students-central, lively, and well connected. For affordable food and a different atmosphere, Chinatown Milan is a favorite.

With its many museums, historical monuments, bars, restaurants and clubs, Milan also comes alive during events like Milan Fashion Week and Milan Design Week.

Getting around

This strategic location allows you to enjoy the uncountable activities that Milan offers. You can move around by walk but also thanks to a great transportation network:
