The flat is located in the northern area of Madrid. This area, more and more active each day still keeps the calm and safety of less touristic areas. It is a quiet place, away from the crowds of the city centre, but it's still enriched with shopping malls, museums, cafes, bars and many other activities. In a street very well connected to other neighbourhoods with a metro entrance (Nuevos Ministerios) 1 minute walking from the flat and with RENFE also a few minutes away. The perfect area to live a quiet routine at home but with a great variety of activities outside.
