Neighbourhood Description
This building is located in the Bellas Vistas neighborhood, however, it is on the border of three other important neighborhoods such as Cuatro Caminos, Rios Rosas and Vallehermoso. Here you can find everything you would expect from a great neighborhood near the capital. You probably won't find a better and safer neighborhood than Bellas Vistas in Madrid. It is located in the upper part of the city, has spectacular views and is very quiet. Here you can find everything you need to live like a real Madrileño: stores, bars, restaurants and much more. The Bellas Vistas neighborhood is located in the residential and economic area of Madrid. This means that you have plenty of stores, restaurants and bars nearby.
Main spots
- Mercado de Maravillas: it is a Madrid food market located on Bravo Murillo street, well known for having national and international food stalls, as well as several stores and bars.
- Parque del Tercer Depósito: sports complex with several garden and children's areas. The park covers an area of 116,000 square meters, with large green areas and other areas for physical activity and sports.
- Santiago Bernabeu Stadium: is a sports complex owned by Real Madrid Club de Fútbol, located on Paseo de la Castellana, in the Chamartín district of Madrid, Spain.
Getting around
The building enjoys excellent accessibility to public transport, being located in the vicinity of several metro stations and bus stops on Bravo Murillo street.
Just a 4 minute walk away is the Cuatro Caminos metro station with access to lines 1, 2 and 6 of the metro network and also 5 minutes away is the Alvarado metro station that connects to line 1.
In addition, a short distance away on Calle Bravo Murillo is the bus stop with multiple lines, such as line 3 that connects to the center of Madrid. While in Paseo la Castellana is the line 45 that connects directly to Plaza Cibeles.

With an affordable monthly subscription, approximately 10€, it allows access to a network of more than 611 bike stations distributed throughout the city. Just 5 minutes away on Calle Doctor Santero you have a station where you can take a bike to explore the city and then, when you arrive at your destination, park it at any nearby station, ensuring an agile and practical mobility at all times.
