Dispone di 7 camere da letto, 2 bagni completi, un grande salone in cui poter trascorrere il tempo libero con i tuoi coinquilini ed una cucina totalmente ammobiliata. È la location perfetta per studenti internazionali e giovani lavoratori: nel pieno centro di Valencia, in cui poter trovare innumerevoli ristoranti, negozi e locali. Inoltre è davvero ben connesso al resto della città.

When living here you can really feel what Valencia is all about. Its bustling atmosphere and its mediaeval monuments in the northern part of Ciutat Vella neighbour upon the shopping hub in its southern part.

The area is well served by public transport by having two metro stations that connect you with the various lines of the Valencia metro network:
- Metro Colon – lines 3, 5, 7 and 9
- Metro Xativa - lines 3, 5 and 9
