An Erasmus student doesn’t have to think about any legal issue, since everything is fixed in the exchange contract. But if you plan to extend the stay or look for a career in Bari you should know how to get legal and obtain the Visa in Italy. If you are a Non-EU citizen, you have to apply as soon as possible, while the European ones can stay in the country with just their ID or Passport for 90 days.
