This neighborhood, also known as La Zaida, gets its name from the old palace of Zayd that was once where the Convent of Grata Dei is now. Located in the north of the city, it has a number of famous monasteries, including the Monastery of the Trinity. There are also two famous bridges in the neighborhood: the Pont de Sant Josep which was built in the 10th century, and the Pont de Fusta, which connects the Ciutat Vella with the Pont de Fusta metro stop. If you like parks, this is a great neighborhood for you because of the large number of parks throughout the area, including the Reial Gardens and Marxalenes Municipal Park.

- Dar una vuelta por Jardines de Viveros: éste es un bonito e interesante parque en el que podrás descansar al sol o visitar sus museos. También puedes atender a diversos eventos culturales que se realizan aquí en determinadas fechas del año.
- Cruzar Jardines de Turia: ubicados donde antiguamente estaba el río que lleva el mismo nombre, son un remanso de paz y diversión donde puedes realizar diversas actividades deportivas o dar un tranquilo y relajante paseo.
- Ver un partido de La Liga en el Camp de Mestalla (Valencia C.F.): si eres un forofo del fútbol, aquí podrás disfrutar de partidos en primera línea por muy poco y disfrutar del emocionante y divertido ambiente que se respira.
- Zona ocio Blasco Ibañez /Av. Aragón: aquí podrás pasarlo en grande en sus múltiples locales y disfrutar de un ambiente distendido con gente joven.
- Almorzar en la Pérgola: este restaurante es un local pequeño pero emblemático de Valencia que ofrece deliciosa comida a buenos precios y unas buenas vistas.
- Un día soleado en la Playa Malvarrosa: con sus kilómetros de arena fina o sus cálidas aguas, esta espaciosa playa es el lugar ideal para pasear o tomar el sol. Aunque si la arena no es lo tuyo, siempre puedes tomarte algo en los múltiples locales del paseo marítimo mientras ves una bonita puesta de sol.
- Shopping en C.C. Arena: en este centro comercial encontrarás todo lo que necesites en cuanto a tiendas o restauración se refiere.

Four minutes away from the flat, you will find the bus stop of Alboraia - Pintor Vilar, where you can catch line 11, which goes through the centre of Valencia and the Benimaclet neighbourhood. You also have at your disposal the N10 nocturnal line.
