What to do in Sol?
Cultural Activities
We tell you some of the things you need to do to have an authentic experience in Sol.
- Taste “churros with chocolate”, especially in winter, it will warm you up. The perfect place to do it is in San Ginés chocolaterie, but there’s many others.
- Go for tapas: when you hear Spanish culture, we’re sure the first thing that comes into your mind is tapas. Well, Sol is the perfect place to try them, as there’s many bars and restaurants where you can find the most traditional tapas, but also some innovative ones.
- Taste “bocata de calamares”: in case you’re asking, this is one of the most popular tapas of Madrid. It’s common to eat it along with a beer in Plaza Mayor, where you will see a lot of bars offering it for very different prices.
Nightlife in Madrid
